      RETURN POLICIES

      Returns

      Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

      To be eligible for a return, the socks must not have been worn or washed and must be in the same original condition as you received them.

      To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

      Refund

      Once your refund package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund request has been approved or rejected.

      If we approve your request, we will issue a refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

       

      Late or missing refunds

      If you have not received the refund 10 working days after confirmation from us, check your bank account first.

      Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

      Then contact your bank. There is often a delay before the refund is posted. If you have done all of these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us using this address: contact@sokette.ca

      Liquidation items

      Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.

      Trades

      We accept exchanges only if the socks are in their original condition. They must not have been worn or washed. You have 30 days after receipt of the product to make an exchange. Please write to us at this address for an exchange: contact@sokette.ca

      Delivery

      To exchange or refund your product, you must send your product to: 445 36e Avenue, Saint-Jérôme, QC J7Z 2L1

      You are solely responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item to us. These delivery costs will not be refunded.

      You should consider getting a tracking number or taking out delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for any item lost during delivery.
