Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, socks must not have been worn or washed and must be in the same condition as you received them.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund
Once your return package is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, we will proceed with the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received the refund 10 business days after our confirmation, please check your bank account again.Next, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at this address: contact@sokette.ca
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.Exchanges
We accept exchanges, only if the socks are in their original condition. They must not have been worn or washed. You have 30 days from the receipt of the product to proceed with an exchange. Please write to us at this address for an exchange: contact@sokette.caShipping
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return your item to us. These shipping costs are non-refundable.You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for any items lost during delivery.
