What are the shipping fees?
Delivery is free with purchases of $45 CAN. This offer is valid in Quebec and Ontario only and excludes taxes and gift cards.

What is the delivery time for my order?
Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days in Canada.

Do you deliver anywhere other than Canada ?
Yes, but delivery charges may apply.

Is it possible to deliver my order somewhere other than my home?
Yes, you can have your orders shipped to any address!

How to track delivery progress?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to follow the progress of your package.

If the socks are not suitable, what should I do?
You must first make a return to obtain a refund for your socks. We invite you to contact our team by email: contact@sokette.ca

If I wish to make a return, are there shipping costs?
You need to pay for shipping costs, but there are no additional costs.

What is the time allowed to request an exchange or return?
You have a period of 30 days following the date of receipt of your socks for regular price items and 10 days for sale items.
